Job Overview

  • The ideal candidate will lead our pre-sales team in crafting compelling pitches and propositions to drive sales growth.

About the Role

  1. Develop a deep understanding of our company's products and services, as well as market trends, to position our solutions effectively for customer needs.
  2. Evaluate and enhance pre-sales processes, tools, and resources to optimize efficiency and effectiveness throughout the sales cycle.
  3. Provide case studies, capability documents, and presentations to support customer solutions and sales efforts.
  4. Identify and engage potential partners and clients through targeted outreach and relationship-building initiatives.
  5. Analyze business unit performance, tracking key metrics such as win rates, deal velocity, and customer engagement. Present regular reports to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). An MBA is highly desirable.
  • At least 15 years of experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting role, preferably within an engineering services company.
  • Proven track record of building, mentoring, and growing high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Healthcare & Life Sciences industries.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
