Senior Accounts Receivable Expert

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in AP within the U.S. market, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and U.S. regulations.
Responsibilities:- Process vendor invoices accurately and on time, adhering to company policies.
- Manage payments to vendors according to terms and schedules, reconciling payments with vendor statements.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of AP ledger to the general ledger, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Communicate regularly with vendors to resolve payment inquiries, disputes, and account-related issues.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and internal controls.
- Maintain accurate records for sales tax and 1099 reporting, ensuring U.S. tax law compliance.
- Experience: 2+ years in an AP or related finance role, with a strong understanding of U.S. accounting principles.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.).
- Experience with QuickBooks.
- Knowledge of U.S. tax laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with GAAP.
- Experience in generating Ageing reports and MIS reports.
