The Accounts Receivable Manager plays a pivotal role in the company's financial management, overseeing the monthly review and analysis of client-wise profitability.
This position involves reviewing and helping regions & HO Team set the right targets every month, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Review Outstanding Presentations, Overdue, Targets Settings & Communicate to Management
- Conduct Weekly Reviews with HO & Regional Teams on Targets
- Review & Close All Reconciliation with Clients
- Monitor Efficient Handling of Regions Allocated in Collecting All Overdue Payments on Time
- Building Good Relationships with Clients
- Review & Support in Resolving Client Issues
- Declare Correct Month End Sales & Review Previous Month Declared Sales vs Actual Sales Invoices
- Reconcile & Monitor GSTR & Ensure GSTR-1 vs MSD Matches
- Manage PO Management, Sales Force, & MSD Activities
- Maintain Accounting Ledgers by Posting Monthly Account Transactions
Required Skills:
- Familiarity with Financial, Accounting, & Bookkeeping Software, Spreadsheets, Forecasting, & SFAS
- Leadership, Management, & Team-Building Skills
- Time & Process Management, Including Prioritizing Multiple Simultaneous Deadlines
- Accuracy & Attention to Detail
- Accounting & Quantitative Skills
