We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Professional to join our team. This role is responsible for managing incoming payments, preparing invoices, reconciling accounts receivable transactions, and collaborating with internal departments to resolve billing issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and post incoming payments accurately and timely
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients, following up on outstanding payments and resolving any discrepancies
  • Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivable

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
