Senior Account Receivable Manager

This role requires a professional to oversee the accounts receivable process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate management of customer payments.
">- Manage all aspects of the accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections to ensure efficient cash flow management.
- Review and reconcile customer accounts regularly, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors in payments posting.
- Monitor AR aging reports to stay on top of overdue accounts, proactively addressing and resolving payment issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, customer service, and finance to resolve billing issues efficiently and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure all AR transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system, maintaining data integrity and consistency.
- Maintain and update records of customer payments, adjustments, and credits, providing valuable insights for future financial planning.
- Assist in preparing monthly AR reports, guaranteeing accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Work closely with senior management to analyze AR metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to reduce days sales outstanding (DSO).
- Support audits and compliance reporting as required, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries related to invoicing and payments promptly and professionally.
