Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

As a senior finance professional, you will oversee the entire accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate management of invoices, estimates, quotations, and transactions. You will work closely with customers and sales teams to drive collections and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Specific Duties:- Develop and implement efficient processes for generating and managing invoices, estimates, and quotations to optimize revenue collection.
- Respond promptly to customer and internal queries, exercising excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Accurately record and reconcile all transactions, including bank entries, journals, TDS adjustments, and bank reconciliation statements.
- Prepare and submit returns as per GST and other applicable laws, ensuring compliance.
- Oversight the accounts receivable function, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve timely collections.
- Establish and maintain effective systems for collecting payments from customers, incorporating cheque deposits, digital methods (ACH, payment gateways), and other relevant activities.
- Contribute to the company's growth by taking ownership of responsibilities and developing your leadership skills, potentially leading a team in the future.
- A bachelor's degree in Commerce or an MBA with 5 years of experience in finance and accounting.
- Proficiency in financial and accounting procedures, MS Excel skills, and experience working with other MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, along with excellent communication and team-building abilities.
