Accounting Professional

Manage the accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections. Ensure all AR transactions are recorded accurately in the accounting system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and reconcile customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely posting of payments.
  • Monitor AR aging reports, follow up on overdue accounts, and resolve any discrepancies or payment issues.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to resolve billing issues and ensure proper documentation.
  • Maintain and update accurate records of customer payments, adjustments, and credits.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly AR reports and help ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Analyze AR metrics, improve cash flow, and reduce days sales outstanding (DSO).
  • Prepare audits and compliance reporting as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer queries related to invoicing and payments.

Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring junior staff and helping them with complex issues within the AR team.
