Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

The role of Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist involves overseeing the entire accounts receivable process, from recognition to collections. This includes preparing and analyzing accounts receivable ageing reports, managing GSTR-1 filings and TDS reconciliations, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve queries and perform client-wise reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities- Accounts Receivable Process Management: Oversee the entire accounts receivable process, ensuring timely recognition, collection, and reporting.
- GSTR-1 Filings and TDS Reconciliations: Manage GSTR-1 filings and TDS reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, including sales and operations, to resolve queries and perform client-wise reconciliations.
- Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Accounts Receivable Expertise: Strong expertise in accounts receivable or similar finance roles.
- MS Excel Proficiency: Good experience in MS Excel (must have worked with large volumes of data); experience with Advanced Excel is a plus.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Decent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates with CA qualification should have 2 years of post-qualification experience; for MBA, 3+ years of relevant experience (only post-education experience will be considered).
- Prior experience in start-ups or the healthcare industry will be preferred.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA
