About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Market Research Specialist to join our team. As a strategic partner, you will be responsible for driving market research initiatives that inform business decisions.

This role will involve managing all aspects of primary market research, including developing research analysis plans, selecting appropriate agency partners, and delivering an objective understanding of customers, competitors, products, and market developments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to think strategically. They will also possess a collaborative orientation, with experience working in a large multi-national corporation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement market research strategies to support business objectives
  • Manage market research projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget results
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business challenges and develop research plans to address them
  • Analyze market research data to provide actionable insights and recommendations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in market research or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, with an MBA or Master's degree preferred

Candidates must be able to work independently, communicate effectively, and demonstrate a strong desire to lead change.

Prior experience in the pharmaceutical biotech industry is highly desirable, as is knowledge of the healthcare environment and regulatory compliance requirements.
