Capital Raising Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Capital Raising Strategist to join our team. This is a key role in driving business growth through strategic capital raising initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in real estate fund raising, with a deep understanding of the industry and its players. They will be responsible for developing and implementing effective capital raising strategies that meet the needs of our stakeholders.

  • Fundraising Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Investor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals to attract investors and secure funding.

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years of experience in the relevant industry
  • Industry: Real estate fund managers, financial institutions, real estate developers/operators, financial advisory firms
  • Proven track record in real estate fund raising is essential
  • Master's or Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial analysis and modelling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
