Analyst Investment Research Fixed Income ResearchAbout Us SG Analytics SGA a Global Insights and Analytics company focuses on ESG Data Analytics and Investment Market research services The company has a presence in New York San Francisco Austin Seattle Toronto London Zurich Pune Bengaluru and Hyderabad and growing consistently for the last few years SGA is a Great Place To Work GPTW certified company and with its thriving work environment shaped by a growth mindset abundant learning and a meritocracy-driven culture SG Analytics has also been awarded regional best employer in 2016 2018 2020 Role Analyst Investment Research Fixed Income ResearchPurpose The role involves driving business development and marketing initiatives by creating impactful materials including white papers pitch decks and marketing one-pagers to position the firm effectively in private credit markets The position evolves to support capital raising efforts through lender list development teaser creation and targeted prospect outreach to expand client networks and industry relationships Responsibilities Develop a comprehensive white paper on the Private Credit Outlook showcasing creative writing and illustration skills Design visually appealing and concise marketing one-pagers for various business lines Create a general company pitch deck template tailored for informal low-consequence meetings with minimal customization Build a lender universe dashboard detailing industry-specific lenders and their transaction bite sizes Assist in the development of teasers and basic offering documents to support capital raises Conduct prospect list building to identify and target independent sponsors and other potential clients Develop customized pitch decks aligned with specific client needs and industry trends Collaborate with the team to strategize and execute targeted outreach efforts for business development Provide ongoing support for capital raising initiatives focusing on lender engagement and client targeting Experience Skills MBA or equivalent in Finance CFA CA 2 years of experience in research Strong creative writing and illustration skills with experience in marketing content development Proven ability to design professional and engaging pitch decks and marketing materials Knowledge of private credit markets and debt capital raising processes Excellent research and analytical skills to build lender and prospect databases Experience in prospect targeting and business development strategy Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client engagement and team collaboration Proficiency in PowerPoint Excel and other relevant tools for creating marketing and capital-raising materials
