Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing email marketing campaigns that drive leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture customer relationships.
  • Develop targeted email sequences to attract new leads and guide them through the sales funnel.
  • Use data analysis to segment audiences and personalize email content to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Set up and manage email automation workflows using platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Conduct A/B tests on email elements to identify the most effective strategies for lead generation.
  • Ensure all email campaigns comply with relevant data protection laws.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of generating leads through email campaigns.
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Zoho, Apollo.io, Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho CRM).
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft engaging, persuasive, and concise email content.
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance data and using insights to drive improvements.
  • Understanding of lead generation strategies, customer journey mapping, and best practices for email marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
