Job Title: Customer Support Supervisor, Platform

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer support supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, driving productivity, and ensuring seamless customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and mentor the customer support team to achieve high performance and exceed customer expectations.
  2. Monitor and manage team productivity, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and performance benchmarks are met or exceeded.
  3. Identify and resolve operational issues proactively, minimizing the impact on customers and the business.
  4. Provide insights for process improvements based on customer feedback and performance data.

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Manage team schedules, attendance, and operational efficiency to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  2. Drive performance improvements by analyzing trends and implementing solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
  4. Foster strong internal relationships to align support operations with business objectives and values.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a customer support supervisor or equivalent role.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with a focus on team development and growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices.
