Regional Head of Sales and Service

At VDA Infosolution, we are seeking an exceptional Regional Head to lead our sales and service efforts in the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales and service targets in the AOP (Annual Operating Plan)
- Maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and OEMs
- Provide sales forecasts and opportunity pipeline updates
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer support and generate additional service revenue
- Develop short-term and long-term sales strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in System Integration of OEM Products, Infrastructure Services, and Cyber Security
- Strong relationship management skills with all levels of business
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven approach
- Experience in selling Data Center and Cyber Security related products to BFSI, Enterprise (ITeS & Manufacturing), PSU, and Govt sectors
Technical Competencies:
- Experience with products like Servers, Storage, Backup, HA Solutions, Networking Devices from OEMs like Dell/EMC, IBM, VMware, Nutanix, Red Hat, PaloAlto, Checkpoint, Fortinet
- Experience with EDR/MDR, Next Gen Firewall, WAF, DLP, SASE, SOC, SIEM/SOAR/UBEA, Proxy, VA PT services
