Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Inventory Coordinator to maintain accurate records of raw materials, components, finished goods, and consumables in the stores. This includes monitoring minimum and maximum stock levels, raising alerts for reordering, and preventing stockouts or overstocking.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management and store operations, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering setup.

About the Role:

The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring seamless supply chain operations. This includes evaluating vendor performance based on quality, delivery time, and overall cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of raw materials, components, finished goods, and consumables in the stores.
  • Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels, raise alerts for reordering, and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, delivery time, and overall cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure availability of required materials for uninterrupted operations.
  • Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and report discrepancies to procurement/quality teams.
  • Generate and share regular reports on stock movement, consumption patterns, material shortages, and wastages.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
  • Familiarity with ERP/Inventory Management systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
