Job Title: Store Supervisor

Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the store, ensuring efficient material handling, inventory management, and coordination with various teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage material movement from the store to the shop floor and coordinate subcontracting material supply to vendors
  • Create, print, and post RQ through SAP with various posting movements, monitor material issues daily
  • Handle documentation related to Assembly RQ, project transfers, and maintain accurate Excel records
  • Provide daily updates on RQs to the OM, Assembly Supervisor, and SCM procurement team
  • Allocate material RQs to various functions and update relevant teams for further processing
  • Post subcontracting material updates in SAP and notify the SCM team
  • Conduct vendor reconciliations as necessary
  • Coordinate the issuance of spare and service parts items to the packing team and complete necessary SAP postings
  • Lead Inventory Audits, half-yearly perpetual, including physical verification of service store materials
  • Facilitate smooth material supply coordination between the Incoming Material team
  • Coordinate with the Internal Logistics team for seamless internal material shifting
  • Maintain records of hold project materials and ensure their utilization in upcoming projects


Requirements Qualifications:
  • A relevant manufacturing engineering degree is required
  • Extensive factory-level experience with proven team supervisory capabilities
  • Familiarity with steam turbines and their components
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience in store management and processes
  • Proficiency in SAP
  • Strong problem-solving abilities related to staff, material, and equipment issues
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Windows and Office software
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong skills in problem-solving, team building, planning, and decision-making
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members
