Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our team. As an Inventory Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy and optimizing stock levels for all customers in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily inventory reconciliation between WMS and physical stock
  • Track inward quantity, order processed quantity, and order cancelled quantity, and compare with available stock quantity
  • Plan and execute monthly cycle counting for each customer, scheduling time and manpower accordingly
  • Coordinate wall-to-wall counting for all customers at least once per quarter
  • Maintain inventory accuracy at 99.65% and inventory loss below 0.03%
  • Provide required data to internal and external auditors
  • Design and implement procedures to minimize high-value item losses
  • Reduce warehouse damages to inventory
  • Monitor packing material counts daily

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with strong analytical skills
  • 5-7 years of experience in inventory management
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of order processing software
