Job Title: Experienced HR Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Human Resources function. This role will drive strategic initiatives across HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Mentor HR teams to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Implement people processes that align with business goals to support organizational success.
  • Oversee global mobility and travel operations, including visas, deputations, and travel policy compliance.
  • Own HR policy governance, audit readiness, and end-to-end HR administration.
  • Design and implement wellness programs, pulse surveys, and rapid-response action plans to champion employee experience.
  • Embed key principles through team-led workshops and leadership forums.
  • Develop and approve total-rewards framework, including salary cycles, incentives, and communications.
  • Prioritize and review Learning & Development: curriculum, certification tracking, and impact reporting.
  • Drive CSR strategy and employer branding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition on outreach efforts.
  • Own Talent Acquisition and HR governance, including sourcing, screening, offers, and metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.
  • Around 15+ years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and analyze HR and people performance for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficient in MS Office with working knowledge of HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors or Workday.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate, influence, and engage effectively at all organizational levels to drive results.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
