We are seeking an experienced and visionary HR leader to drive our company's HR Business Partner function and Total Rewards initiatives.
This key role requires a strong business acumen, strategic advisory capability, and data-driven approach to compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement a people strategy aligned with our organization's overall goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on organizational design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.
- Drive key initiatives across employee engagement, retention, and succession planning.
- Lead change management efforts and support transformation programs from a people and culture perspective.
- Design, benchmark, and implement compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions.
- Partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.
- Own and execute the performance appraisal cycle.
- Ensure reward programs are compliant, consistent, and aligned with our values and business objectives.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure reward frameworks meet both business and regulatory standards.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits.
- Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving strategic HR initiatives, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with senior leadership to achieve business outcomes.
