Job Title: Marketing Analyst & Executive

A highly motivated and analytical professional is sought to lead our marketing efforts. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and implement campaigns across digital channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads and maximize sales outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools).
  • Analytical mindset with skills in Excel, Google Analytics, or BI tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and content writing skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience in B2B / SaaS industry marketing.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation & drip campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Power BI/Tableau for data visualization.
