As a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies to promote our services and enhance our online presence.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Manage and optimize our online profiles on platforms like Google Business, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Design and schedule engaging content for social media and website.
  • Analyze website traffic and user engagement using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Develop and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Generate leads through landing pages, forms, and campaign funnels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate reports with insights and recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Skills Required:
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest).
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, keyword research, and web traffic metrics.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Canva, and basic HTML is a plus.
  • Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
  • Creative mindset and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
