We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our HR/Recruitment consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that promote our services and enhance our online presence. This role requires hands-on experience with digital tools, SEO/SEM, content creation, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising

  • Manage and optimize company profiles on platforms like Google Business, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram

  • Create and schedule engaging content (text, image, video) for social media and website

  • Monitor website traffic and user engagement using Google Analytics and other tracking tools

  • Perform keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques

  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials

  • Run paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc., and manage budgets

  • Generate leads through landing pages, forms, and campaign funnels

  • Analyze campaign performance and generate reports with insights and recommendations

  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles

  • Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)

Key Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest)

  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, keyword research, and web traffic metrics

  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms

  • Familiarity with WordPress, Canva, and basic HTML is a plus

  • Good communication skills in English and Tamil

  • Creative mindset and analytical thinking

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
