Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our HR/Recruitment consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that promote our services and enhance our online presence. This role requires hands-on experience with digital tools, SEO/SEM, content creation, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising

Manage and optimize company profiles on platforms like Google Business, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram

Create and schedule engaging content (text, image, video) for social media and website

Monitor website traffic and user engagement using Google Analytics and other tracking tools

Perform keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques

Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials

Run paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc., and manage budgets

Generate leads through landing pages, forms, and campaign funnels

Analyze campaign performance and generate reports with insights and recommendations

Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field

1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles

Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)

Key Skills Required:

Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest)

Knowledge of SEO/SEM, keyword research, and web traffic metrics

Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms

Familiarity with WordPress, Canva, and basic HTML is a plus

Good communication skills in English and Tamil

Creative mindset and analytical thinking

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
