The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that promote our services and enhance our online presence. This role requires hands-on experience with digital tools, SEO/SEM, content creation, and performance tracking.Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertisingManage and optimize company profiles on platforms like Google Business, LinkedIn, Facebook, and InstagramCreate and schedule engaging content (text, image, video) for social media and websiteMonitor website traffic and user engagement using Google Analytics and other tracking toolsPerform keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniquesCollaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materialsRun paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc., and manage budgetsGenerate leads through landing pages, forms, and campaign funnelsAnalyze campaign performance and generate reports with insights and recommendationsKeep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketingEssential Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing rolesCertification in Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)Key Skills Required:Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest)Knowledge of SEO/SEM, keyword research, and web traffic metricsStrong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithmsFamiliarity with WordPress, Canva, and basic HTML is a plusGood communication skills in English and TamilCreative mindset and analytical thinkingAbility to work independently and meet deadlines
