We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. As a Digital Marketing Executive at Helios Spectra, you will support our digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

You will play a key role in executing campaigns, optimizing online presence, and managing aspects of our SEO efforts to help drive organic traffic.

Location – Coimbatore/ Anywhere in Tamil Nadu willing to relocate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to support business objectives.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.

  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.

  • Monitor digital campaign metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and click-through rates, to assess performance and identify improvements.

  • Participate in link-building, social bookmarking, and directory submissions as part of off-page optimization efforts.

  • Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to ensure alignment across all digital marketing efforts.

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

  • Handling social media is an added advantage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing.

  • Familiarity with latest SEO trends and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).

  • Experience with paid campaigns is a plus.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven track record in managing digital marketing activities and achieving results.

  • Creative problem-solving skills with adaptability to market trends.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

  • Basic knowledge of WordPress is a plus.

  • Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
