Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager (3–5 years) to lead, manage, and optimize digital campaigns aimed at generating leads and sales for our products and website development services. The ideal candidate should have proven hands-on experience in SEO, paid ads, social media strategies, and team management to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM (Google Ads), Social Media, Email, and Display Advertising.
  • Optimize the company website for lead generation, conversions, and SEO ranking.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) with a strategic approach.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement local SEO strategies for better visibility in Trichy & nearby markets.
  • Provide guidance or participate in creating designs for videos, posters, and other Creations.
  • Create, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to maximize ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
  • Coordinate with designers, developers, and content creators for landing pages and marketing materials.
  • Suggest strategies for improving ROI, customer acquisition, and brand presence.
  • Mentor and manage junior digital marketing team members.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with at least 2–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, social media, and analytics tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar).
  • Experience in WordPress or website management is a plus.
  • Understanding of UI/UX design and user experience improvement is an added advantage
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, improve ROI, and manage campaigns effectively.

Must bring a portfolio of past work demonstrating successful campaigns and projects
