Job Description:
  We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Director to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic digital marketing plans that deliver results.
  As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that meet or exceed business objectives. This includes identifying market trends, analyzing customer behavior, and staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing technologies and platforms.
  Your expertise in social media marketing, content creation, and paid advertising will be essential in developing and implementing campaigns that engage our target audience and drive conversions. You will also be responsible for monitoring campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results, and ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic digital marketing plans
  • Expertise in social media marketing, content creation, and paid advertising
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
