Manufacturing Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced specialist to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Ignition SCADA applications across manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Industrial Automation, OT systems, and Enterprise IT. They will be responsible for architecting and implementing real-time data acquisition, visualization, and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure Ignition SCADA applications for manufacturing operations
  • Implement real-time data acquisition and visualization solutions
  • Ensure seamless integration of OT systems with enterprise IT systems
  • Develop and maintain secure data exchange using REST APIs, MQTT, and OPC UA protocols
  • Manage industrial databases for high availability and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to align system capabilities with production and business needs

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of Industrial Automation, OT systems, and Enterprise IT
  • Experience with Ignition SCADA and MES applications
  • Strong skills in data acquisition, visualization, and reporting
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
