Shop Floor Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead shop floor operations for a global professional services firm. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing operations, with hands-on exposure to production planning and shop floor processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing manufacturing workflows and identify areas for process optimization to drive continuous improvement initiatives on the shopfloor.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals and recommend industry best practices in shopfloor operations.
  • Develop and conduct training sessions for staff on improved processes and tools.
  • Monitor and track progress, reporting regularly to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, including production planning and shop floor processes. Consulting experience is an advantage.
  • Prior MBA from a reputable institution is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision to drive impactful outcomes.

Travel may be required to client sites as needed.
