**Job Description:** As a Production Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in delivering production targets while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have experience in solar structure manufacturing or a related metal fabrication industry, with a strong understanding of solar mounting structures and associated fabrication methods. They will be proficient in managing production machinery, tooling, and quality control processes, with a solid background in ISO standards and quality management systems.

**Responsibilities:

  • Leading and overseeing all production activities on the shop floor to ensure timely output
  • Supervising job placement, material flow, and stage-wise movement during fabrication and assembly
  • Designing and executing layout plans for new lines/projects
  • Maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), daily production reports, machine logs, and breakdown records
  • Managing in-process inventory and maintaining an efficient flow across the production chain

Key Skills and Qualifications:

You will need to have:

  • Experience in solar structure manufacturing or a related metal fabrication industry
  • A strong understanding of solar mounting structures and associated fabrication methods
  • Proficiency in managing production machinery, tooling, and quality control processes
