We are seeking a skilled business solutions professional with 8+ years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing operations and proficiency in enterprise software platforms such as MES, ERP, and SCADA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to understand how manufacturing systems integrate with other enterprise systems
  • Proficiency in working with databases (SQL, Oracle) for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, IT, and production staff

Requirements:

  • 5–8+ years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting roles
  • Proficiency in enterprise software platforms (e.g., MES, ERP, SCADA)
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations
