Process Improvement Specialist

At the forefront of our manufacturing endeavors lies a critical opportunity for enhancement. We seek an accomplished Process Improvement Specialist to scrutinize and refine our production processes, catalyzing transformative change.

  • Analysis and Evaluation: Conduct meticulous analysis and evaluation of existing manufacturing processes, pinpointing areas ripe for improvement and recommending targeted solutions.
  • Process Optimization: Design and implement cutting-edge process optimization strategies, bolstering efficiency, reducing cycle time, and enhancing product quality.
  • Collaboration and Development: Collaborate with Industrial Engineering, Production, and Quality Assurance teams to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze process performance metrics, such as cycle time, yield, and scrap rate, and develop strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Process Control: Identify and implement process control measures, including statistical process control (SPC) techniques, ensuring consistent quality and minimizing process variation.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve process-related issues and enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
  • Validation and Compliance: Lead process validation activities, including protocol development, execution, and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Participate in cross-functional teams to drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
  • Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to production teams on processes, procedures, and equipment to ensure successful implementation and operation.
