Job Description

This role is key to our growth strategy in India. As the HR Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Recruitment: Find and hire the best talent for our Indian team, working closely with our partner ANSR.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance and strengthen our employer brand in India, making us an attractive choice for top candidates.
  • Onboarding: Ensure a smooth transition for new hires, setting them up for success from day one.

You'll work closely with our global HR team and collaborate with other departments to achieve our goals.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong HR expertise: A solid background in human resources, ideally in a global company, with experience in recruitment, HR administration, and/or HR business partnering.
  • Knowledge of Indian employment laws: Familiarity with local regulations and payroll experience are essential.
  • Candidate attraction and retention strategies: The ability to develop and implement effective recruitment channels and employee retention plans.
  • Communication and collaboration skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • 8-13 years of HR experience: In a global company, preferably in SaaS or digital consulting.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills: Fluency in MS Office and HR software (ideally Workday) is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel: Occasionally visit our offices in Germany for training and meetings.
