We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Relationship Manager, responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the distribution sales channel.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in the mutual fund industry and possess a strong understanding of the financial investment market.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Establish new relationships with clients and expand market share through strategic business development initiatives.
- Prospect for new leads and maintain existing client relationships, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise to drive growth.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor information.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the organization by deepening existing client relationships and expanding market reach.
Requirements:
- Graduate or MBA degree from a reputable institution.
- NISM certification is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of the local language and region, enabling effective engagement with clients.
