Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the real estate sector. The role involves generating leads, meeting potential clients, conducting property visits, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through networking, site visits, cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable properties.
- Conduct site/property visits and explain project features, specifications, and benefits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and events.
- Negotiate terms, finalize agreements, and ensure smooth documentation for sales closure.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
- Provide excellent customer service during and after the sales process.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing preferred).
- Minimum 6 months – 3 years of experience in sales (real estate experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and digital sales channels.
- Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented.
