Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Associate in Mumbai and Delhi who will directly engage with parents of adolescents to introduce and sell eleVibe's subscription packages. This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, persuasive, and motivated by making a positive social impact while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to parents of adolescents through phone calls, field visits, events, and digital channels.
  • Build strong relationships with parents by understanding their concerns and aspirations for their children.
  • Present and explain eleVibe's subscription packages in a clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented manner.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute outreach campaigns and community events.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and conversions in CRM tools.
  • Provide feedback from parents to improve offerings and sales approach.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or customer engagement (experience in ed-tech, coaching in education, healthcare, or wellness sectors preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (local fluency is a plus).
  • Ability to connect with parents empathetically and build trust quickly.
  • Target-driven with proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Comfortable with both in-person and telephonic sales.
  • Basic computer and CRM usage skills.
