Sales Growth Associate

As a key member of our business growth team, you will drive revenue expansion through strategic partnerships, collaborations, and sales initiatives. Your primary objective is to identify and pursue new business opportunities across diverse sectors, developing and executing go-to-market strategies to engage with enterprise clients and build long-term relationships with partners.

Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors (Retail, BFSI, Logistics, Hospitality).
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle – lead generation, client presentations, proposal creation, negotiations, and closure.
  • RFP/RFQ Response: Respond to RFPs/RFQs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver winning proposals.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Business Acumen: 2–3 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development.
  • Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Enterprise Sales Understanding: Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and experience working with RFPs, GTM strategies, and B2B partnerships.
  • Tech Exposure: Exposure to HR Tech, SaaS platforms, or recruitment solutions is a strong plus.
  • Independent Work Environment: Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
