Counselor Liaison

Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to fill the role of Counselor Liaison. This position is responsible for leading initiatives to generate and engage with potential students and business partners, ultimately driving sales for the company.
Job Description:
  • This dynamic role involves making telesales calls on given leads, as well as cold calling potential partners through Google Search.
  • The successful candidate will identify counseling seekers and coordinate meetings to foster strong relationships.
  • Key responsibilities include coordinating sales and payment collection, gathering information about potential study abroad students, and providing initial counseling services.
  • In addition, the Counselor Liaison will be responsible for finding and building relationships with foreign universities, maintaining a diary of leads, follow-ups, meeting schedules, and payments.
  • A basic knowledge of event-related designs on Canva is also required.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to coordinate and manage events at schools, as well as take charge of office space and coordinate with the maintenance team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA
  • 1-3 years' prior industry-related business development and telesales experience
  • Strong verbal and writing communication skills in English
  • Focused and goal-oriented mindset
  • Sincere, non-smoker, work enthusiast with innovative ideas
