Job Role:

Recruitment Trainee - Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including candidate sourcing and selection.

  • Conduct initial phone interviews and cultural fit assessments to identify suitable candidates.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum 6 months of internship experience in recruitment is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to assess behavioral aspects and cultural fitment of candidates.
  • Proficiency in using Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis.
  • Highly organized with strong planning and team communication skills.
  • Possesses people-oriented and results-driven approach.
  • Effective interpersonal relationships and ownership are key components of this role.

You will also be responsible for identifying potential candidates through various channels and sources, assessing their fit for the role, and employing effective sourcing techniques to attract relevant candidates and minimize recruitment delays.

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 6 months of relevant internship experience in recruitment, excellent communication skills, ability to gauge behavioral aspects and cultural fitment, proficiency in using Google Sheets or Excel, and be highly organized with strong planning and team communication skills.
