Job Role: Executive HR

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the hiring process, sourcing potential candidates, and maintaining relationships with consultants.

This is a key role within our organization, requiring a high level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the hiring requirements of hiring managers
  • Source potential candidates on niche platforms
  • Review resumes and screen candidates
  • Advertise job openings on careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
  • Attract candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks
  • Schedule interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
  • Perform in-person and telephonic interviews with candidates
  • Maintain relationships with consultants to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Closely monitor Corporate and Club Level Hiring within defined TAT
  • Negotiate job offers and compensation packages with candidates
  • Stay updated about hiring trends and best practices
  • Perform reference and background checks
  • Other office administration work
