Job Description

We are seeking a skilled facility operations professional to manage our facilities and ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Building Management System (BMS) and control the centralized air conditioning system to optimize comfort and energy efficiency.
  • Supervise the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) operations team and oversee facility repairs, including electrical, plumbing, and structural issues.
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of security systems, including Access Control, Fire Alarm System (FAS), Lighting Management System (LMS), and CCTV systems.
  • Optimize workstation allocation and workspace management to support business needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors and service providers related to facility operations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in facility management and operations with a strong background in managing technical systems like BMS and MEP Operations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to facility maintenance.
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices for facility maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
