Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage facility systems and services, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment.
  • Oversee Building Management Systems (BMS), Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) operations, Security and Safety Systems, and Workplace Management.
  • Lead a team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.

Skills & Requirements Needed:

  • 5+ years of experience in facility management and operations, with a strong background in managing technical systems.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor and stakeholder management, familiarity with safety regulations, and best practices for facility maintenance.
