Job Summary

This is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a property, including administrative functions, security issues, and facility services.

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage facilities needs, work with the facilities manager and assistant facilities manager to ensure smooth operations, monitor the property's supplies, and manage supply and service contracts as approved by clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the facilities needs and work with the facilities team to ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor the property's supplies and ensure adequate stocks and materials are available.
  • Manage supply and service contracts as approved by clients.
  • Help mitigate risks by participating in emergency evacuation procedures and crisis management and business continuity plans.
  • Monitor health and safety issues and participate in reviewing them.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of property operations and experience in facilities management.
  • Good working knowledge of occupational safety and aptitude in client-centric operations.
  • Solid background in team management and leadership.
  • Superior communications and reporting skills.
