Senior Executive Facilities Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Facilities professional to support the Facility Manager in executing the needs of managing assigned portfolios.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through effective delivery of Facility Management services and support programs.
  • Ensure compliance with minimum audit and compliance standards in facility management, financial management, and operational policies and procedures.
  • Meet or exceed site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) monthly to identify potential challenges and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned properties, proactively addressing any deficiencies.
  • Create and follow up on corrective work orders as necessary.
  • Support work order management for in-house staff and vendors as needed.
  • Provide assistance with facility soft services such as meeting preparation, conference room reservations, food services, parking, and vending.
  • Collaborate effectively within the account team to drive the development and implementation of Integrated Facilities Management best practices and innovations.
  • Support the implementation of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) management systems.
  • Enforce all company policies and training requirements regarding safe and efficient operations and work practices.
  • Implement and monitor hazard control and team safety practices, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations and industry standards.
  • Contribute to achieving facility-specific cost savings targets to contribute to the account's savings goals.
  • Assist in the development and management of operational and capital budgets.
  • Manage and staff with operational reporting, budgeting, financial management, purchasing as necessary.
  • Support the development of monthly/quarterly variance reporting for operating budget.
  • Ensure timely completion of Client Renewals within agreed-upon SLAs.
