Site Operations Manager

The role of Site Operations Manager is a critical one in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of site maintenance, including building and facilities upkeep, Hazwaste management, Pressure vessels, Calibrations, Pollution control board requirements, Electricity board requirements, weights & measurement, license & permits.
  • Ensure compliance with FSSAI food safety standards in the building, which includes pest control, building cleanliness, ensuring all related documents of FSSAI.
  • Manage common area lighting, fire protection, STP, and other essential services to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Promote a culture of excellence by driving innovation and continuous improvement in site operations.
  • Analyze data to inform budgeting decisions and ensure that spending targets are met.
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop contingency plans for critical equipment and prioritize preventive maintenance routines.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for site operations.
  • Foster strong relationships with contractors and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians and third-party facilities service providers to achieve operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
