Job Title: Facilities Operations Supervisor

In this key role, you will be responsible for leading the facilities operations team to deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. You will oversee daily shift operations, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage housekeeping operations, including guest room status, inventory, and stock management.
  • Supervise staff, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and communicate effectively with employees and guests.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to improve guest satisfaction.


Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years experience in facilities operations or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and cost control principles.
