Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the overall comfort and efficiency of our office facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage security personnel, receptionists, and tea attendants to ensure they carry out their work to a high standard.
- Effectively communicate with staff and clients, utilizing excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Monitor potential emergencies and take proactive steps to manage them, adhering to established escalation and incident reporting procedures.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational standards.
- Regularly review CCTV systems to determine maintenance and repair needs.
- Manage visitor access, maintain records, and act as a backup receptionist as needed.
This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
