Job Opportunity: Senior Facilities Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure efficient facilities operations and respond promptly to priority calls.
  • Schedule surprise walk-arounds to maintain high standards of housekeeping and upkeep.
  • Manage tickets and ensure timely closure within set timelines/SLAs.
Leadership and Team Development:

The successful candidate will lead by example, maintaining good relationships with employees, managers, executives, suppliers, vendors, and clients.

Customer Service:

The role requires delivering high-quality, prompt, and courteous facility management services in support of client business needs.

Technology Tools Implementation and Management:

The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and managing technology tools, assisting the finance team in preparing quarterly budgets, and supporting business for any ad-hoc requests.

Initiatives and Problem-Solving:

The successful candidate will proactively solve problems as they arise, seek to improve systems and processes, and implement cost savings initiatives while optimizing efficiency.

Inventory Management and Supplies:

Responsibilities include managing stores, inventories, and requisitions, ensuring no stock-out issues, supplies are available at all times, raising requirements to procurements for supplies, and approving indents on inventory management tools.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and prioritize tasks efficiently.
