HR Technology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR technology specialist to manage day-to-day operations, system enhancements, audits, and automation projects with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have excellent collaboration skills and be able to work closely with HR teams, business technology teams, and employees to ensure smooth functioning of HR systems and drive continuous improvements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing all HR technology-related queries, issues, and enhancements as the single point of contact.
- Independently managing daily HR tech operations, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
- Conducting HR technology audits to ensure compliance, data integrity, and system security.
- Liaising with internal business technology teams to align HR systems with enterprise-wide solutions and integrations.
- Implementing new system enhancements and ensuring adoption by HR and employees.
- Maintaining and optimizing HR systems like Zing HR, TurboHire, and new systems, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
- Collaborating with HR stakeholders to identify process gaps and deploy digital workflows.
- Monitoring system performance, generating HR dashboards, and providing insights for decision-making.
- Training HR teams and employees on new features, functionalities, and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferably with an HR tech/automation background).
- 3–6 years of experience in HR Technology / HR Operations with hands-on system management.
- Familiarity with Zing HR, TurboHire, Power Automate, Power BI (an advantage).
- Strong understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance, payroll, etc.).
- Prior experience in HR tech audits and compliance checks.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across HR and technology functions.
