Job Title: Human Resources Professional

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and training coordination.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
  • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle grievance redressal, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Organize training & development programs to enhance staff skills.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
  • Support management in performance appraisals and workforce planning.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven HR experience (3-5 years).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to aviation/education/training industry (preferred but not mandatory).
