Business Strategy Associate
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Business Strategy Associate to join our team in Mumbai. This role combines sales execution and strategic contribution, offering a unique opportunity for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable office space options.
- Coordinate and conduct property visits with clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Develop strong relations with operators to ensure priority access to inventory.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Represent the organization professionally in all client and operator interactions.
Strategic Contributions:
- Work with leadership to create strategies for stronger presence in Mumbai.
- Suggest ideas for creative content that can boost digital lead generation.
- Recommend sales conversation strategies to improve client engagement and closure rates.
- Contribute to team expansion strategies, including inputs on hiring and scaling business operations.
- Suggest revenue-enhancement strategies to maximize profitability from the Mumbai market.
- Share market intelligence, competitor insights, and innovative business development approaches.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but experience is also considered).
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
- Confidence in handling client calls and in-person meetings.
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai for site visits.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Creative thinker who can contribute ideas for marketing, sales strategies, and business growth.
